Event Coordinating Intern
Averages 15-30 hours per week
Event Coordinating Interns work closely with our lead and assistant coordinators to make weddings and other events come to life. Their main responsibilities include event preparation, communicating with vendors and clients, administrative duties, assisting with social media and marketing efforts, and various other tasks associated with running an event venue.
This is an unpaid internship, but can be used for course credit if provided by a university.

Event Support Staff
Part-time | Hours vary
Event Support Staff work before, during, and after events to ensure our guests have the highest quality experience and do not have to worry about the behind the scenes. Duties include directing parking, setting up tables and chairs, answering guests' questions, and maintaining the aesthetics of the grounds.
