The Spaces

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse, typically used for the bride and bridesmaids to prepare, was added to the property in 1912. It includes a full kitchen, dining room, 2 sitting rooms, a vanity room, 2 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms.

The Cottage

Typically used for the groom and groomsmen to prepare, the Cottage was one of the Kanak's original homes built in 1899. It includes a drink fridge, dining table, sitting room, 1/2 bath, poker, darts, TV, and cornhole boards.

The Ceremony Barn

The Ceremony Barn is the backdrop for most outdoor ceremonies. You're welcome to add florals, arches, aisle decor, and signage to dress up this ceremony site, or you can leave the iconic red barn in its simplicity. You'll notice speakers attached to the fences on either side of your guests, which allows everyone to hear you and your officiant during the ceremony.

The Reception Barn

Your wedding reception or event takes place under the Reception Barn's elegant chandeliers, bistro lights, and large wooden beams. This space can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests, even with a seated dinner, dance floor, and buffet.

The Metal Barn

The Metal Barn, with a chandelier and white fabric draping from the ceiling, is the perfect space for an indoor ceremony, cocktail hour, or small reception.

The Courtyard

The Courtyard includes a fire pit, bridge, and 2 covered patios, which makes for a cozy cocktail hour, perfect pictures, or a relaxing place for guests to take a dance break during your reception.
